Schedule:
Approximately 2-4 hours a day Monday-Friday. Exact scheduling is still being worked out.

Qualifications:
- Some customer service experience or willingness to learn - Strong communication skills - Good time management skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Preferred, but NOT Required: - Familiarity with technical troubleshooting - Experience with Linux distributions
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Testing Center Assistants will be in charge of assigning and distributing testing center laptops to students before they take their exams, quizzes, etc. They will be tasked with ensuring all laptops are properly stowed and charging before the next day. Also, Teaching Center Assistants will be expected to provide first level, basic technical support for any issues that arise with the laptops (checklist/instructions provided).
Physical Demands:
Ability to push a cart containing 30-40 laptops (100-150 lbs on wheels).
