Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, Experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital merchandising, or marketplace operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in product data and website content. Solid understanding of online customer experience, website usability, and basic design principles, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback during testing. Excellent organizational and project management skills, including building and maintaining trackers, templates, and workflows across multiple vendors and deadlines. Strong written communication and social media skills
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Support the build-out of the online retail platform by reviewing and updating the website design, collaborating with the developer, and assisting with user and beta testing before launch. Help create and maintain vendor infrastructure, including onboarding, asset collection, and offboarding processes, along with intake templates and product tracking systems. Organize and upload product data (descriptions, images, pricing), track product readiness, flag missing or incomplete information, and conduct quality checks to ensure listings are accurate and consistent. Support the design of online guest experience workflows and help develop the Retail Partnership Social Strategy and partnership engagement requirements.
