Department Overview:

 The University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center is deeply committed to beating cancer through research, prevention, and treatment. Qualifications:

 Currently enrolled in continuing education.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Assist UWCCC Glass washing Facility manager with cleaning and sterilization of lab glassware
Assist UWCCC Facility Manager with various tasks such as maintaining laboratory equipment, moving laboratory equipment. An interest in developing mechanical aptitude is beneficial.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly squat, kneel, climb ladders, and reach overhead.
