The Residential Coordinators will support our residential programs for high school students. These students will experience college life and academics in a safe and supported environment, helping them to prepare for the college application process and college success. The Residential Coordinator oversees the day-to-day residential experience of these programs to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants and staff. They will take a lead role in resolving higher-level participant issues and ensure that all problems are promptly addressed. Reporting to the program leadership staff, this position supervises other residential staff and provides regular feedback about the residential staff and participants to full-time program leadership. This position conducts training for the residential staff prior to the start of the program and directly supervises them throughout its duration. This position works closely with other program staff to foster a campus environment of academic achievement and personal development and ensures the physical safety and comfort of all program participants.
