Duties include stocking and distributing laboratory supplies, making buffers, washing and sterilizing glassware, and performing daily and weekly maintenance tasks to ensure the lab runs efficiently and effectively. While this position does not have the opportunity to participate in research, many CMARP laboratory assistants go on to obtain a research assistant position in one of the affiliated laboratories.
