The Practice Operations Supervisor is accountable for the supervision and development of their respective physician practice, while ensuring the efficiency and stability of the clinical operations in all areas, inclusive of quality, access and value. Supervises and coordinates overall operational and administrative functions to ensure maximum efficiency, high quality patient experiences, and compliance with appropriate HR and regulatory policies. Collaborates with clinical leadership to ensure Columbia's strategic goals are achieved by implementation of strategic initiatives. Leads the practice in a manner that delivers an exceptional patient experience that contributes to a positive health outcomes for patients and a work culture of kindness, inclusion, integrity, accountability, and excellence. |

This role within our newly established Artificial and Natural Intelligence Institute (ARNI) will have several key responsibilities. Firstly, it will be responsible for leading communication strategies and organizing and coordinating activities and events that align with ARNI's educational and outreach mission. Additionally, this position will provide
general operational support to the Institute. The role will report to the Managing Director of the Institute and will be based in the School of Engineering.
The Outreach programs associated with this role will target a diverse range of audiences, including local students from K-12, college, and graduate levels, with a particular emphasis on historically excluded groups. It will also encompass the engagement of the general public in institute and museum events and activities, as well as connecting with national and global online learners. Operational support duties will involve managing and reporting on research grant activities thatare closely aligned with the institute's strategic vision. |
