The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Media and Advertising the Assistant Director, CRM Reporting & Marketing will assist the team with creating and distributing data rich reports for all of our programs. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Marketing team and the Admissions Slate team to ensure all data is captured and reported on.
Responsibilities
- Manage data streams, develop analysis and interpretation, and inform related action-oriented outcomes to support strategic, tactical, and operational efforts and decision making
- Create reports that shape unstructured data into clear visualizations that provide end-users the ability to discover relationships within related data in new and innovative ways that lead to making decisions, planning next steps, and executing action items
- Research, evaluate, recommend, and execute changes to systems and processes related to the collection, reporting, and dissemination of information
- Build, analyze, and report on metrics and key performance indicators to measure impact and ROI from marketing, communications, and advertising tactics across email, web, and print campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to build, measure, and evaluate metrics to determine and report on the success of marketing, advertising, and communications strategies and tactics, such as traffic to specific links, search behavior, and geo-targeting
- Create and distribute analysis and reports on prospect pipeline patterns, e.g., sources where prospects first learned of the program, the depth and progression of prospects in the funnel, as well as rates of application, admission, and enrollment per source
- Develops, runs and analyzes ad-hoc and standard marketing reports that provide insights to support business objectives and maintain competitive advantage
- Reviews data and calculations to ensure report accuracy and data integrity
- Works with others to create reports for the different programs or marketing areas
- Contribute to a team culture of testing, optimizing, and continually improving
- May be responsible for supervising the work of one (1) or more employees
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned or requested
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience required
- 3-5 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant area
- Experience in higher education
- Google Analytics certified.
Other Requirements
- Significant experience with the Office Suite of programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), CRM (Slate) and Analytics program (Google Analytics)
- Data and outcome driven analytics experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to perform non-routine work with changing priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Demonstrated ability in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
