Reporting to the Director of Administration, the Assistant Director is responsible for the day to day operational and financial activities and other processes related to the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation including all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing functions of the School are compliant with University and School policies.
Assistant Director, Alumni Clubs in Development & Alumni Relations Columbia Business School Manhattanville
Reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement and Programs, the Assistant Director, Alumni Clubs is the alumni relations liaison to a portfolio of major market alumni clubs across domestic and international regions. The incumbent will volunteer and manage relationship management, providing best practices for club leadership, and ensuring the club communities are provided with opportunities for continuous learning and engagement with faculty, fellow alumni and the School, both in-person and virtually through club events and programs. The Assistant Director will partner with the Director of Alumni Engagement and Programs in the planning of the Annual CBS Alumni Clubs Leadership Summit. The Assistant Director will work with the Director to recruit potential new leaders, develop volunteer initiatives, build training modules, and track and increase engagement. This individual will work closely with other colleagues across Alumni Relations and the Development offices to maximize development opportunities such as alumni hosting and sponsorship to benefit CBS and their assigned alumni clubs regionally. This position includes occasional travel both domestically and internationally.
External Relations Coordinator Mailman School of Public Health Administration Medical Center
Working in the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health (MSPH) Development and Alumni Relations Department, this position is responsible for administrative activities that support Board management, external communications, Annual Fund, Alumni Relations and Donor Stewardship. External Relations Coordinator works collaboratively across the team bringing all together in support of MSPH fundraising. This position supports the External Relations team and reports to the Assistant Dean for External Relations. As the External Relations Coordinator for the External Relations team, they manage a range of team-wide efforts as well and projects. They are a process-oriented, strategic thinker who anticipates and proactively resolves problems, excels at multi-tasking, is a team player, is flexible and adaptable, and has strong project management skills. They deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively with other support staff and colleagues. In addition to providing day-to-day administrative support, this individual owns substantive projects for the team.

Associate Director for Academic Appointments Office of the Provost Morningside
Reporting to the Associate Provosts for Academic Appointments, the Associate Director assumes overall responsibility for approving Morningside and CUIMC academic appointment forms for entry into PeopleSoft and ensuring that all academic personnel throughout the University are issued accurate appointment letters in a timely fashion. The Associate Director advises schools and departments on University policies for appointing academic personnel and ensuring the quality of data in PeopleSoft. The incumbent will engage in special academic appointment projects, as needed.
