Position Summary

The Division of Athletics is hiring a part-time Director of Operations for the Women's Volleyball Varsity Program.

This position will manage daily volleyball operations, including team travel coordination. Additional responsibilities include assisting with a video editing system and providing practice and game day management support.

This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate team travel for away competitions including meals, itineraries, and other team needs.
  • Assist with practice and game day management support for home and away events.
  • Reconcile team travel expenses via the Concur System.
  • Potentially assist with video editing of practice and game day footage as needed.
  • Report Directly to Head Women’s Volleyball Coach on program’s day to day scheduling
  • Help coordinate and manage team equipment.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Work Schedule

Will vary depending on the Volleyball Season. More hours in the fall and fewer hours in the off season. This position is limited to 1000 hours in a calendar year.

Hourly Range

The hourly range for this position is $18.81- $25.00
