Position Summary The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the activation, execution, and relationship management of every corporate partnership at University of Denver Athletics. This role ensures that each contracted asset — digital, social, in-venue, experiential, hospitality, community engagement, and broadcast — is delivered with precision and creativity, and that partners consistently see the value of their investment in the Pioneers. Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of partners, the Fulfillment Manager drives measurable ROI, builds long-term relationships, and positions every account for renewal through proactive communication, disciplined execution, and close coordination with the Partnership Sales team and colleagues across DU Athletics and the greater University. Essential Functions Manage end-to-end activation of all partnership agreements, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant fulfillment of every contracted asset in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and University policies. Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, providing proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service at partner meetings, community events, and game-day hospitality. Develop and execute creative activation plans that align partner objectives with the DU Pioneers brand, fan base, and community impact. Coordinate game-day and event-day activation — including signage, promotions, hospitality, and experiential elements — collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Ticketing, Development, and University stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across all channels. Produce detailed recap reporting, including data, KPIs, proof of performance, and ROI analysis, and maintain accurate tracking of all partner deliverables in CRM and project management systems. Support renewal readiness and revenue growth by monitoring partner satisfaction, escalating risks early, and partnering with the Partnership Sales team on upsell opportunities and renewal strategy. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, sport management, or a related field Two to four (2–4) years of experience in sports sponsorship activation, account management, marketing, or event operations Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in marketing, business, sport management, or a related field Five (5) or more years of experience in sponsorship activation, account management, marketing, or event operations Familiarity with the social and digital landscape, the sponsorship business, and hospitality programs Experience producing recap reports, ROI analysis, and partner presentations Experience in professional sports, entertainment, media, or a similarly complex organization Working Environment Standard office environment. Noise level is quiet to moderate. Physical Activities Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period. Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs. with assistance. Work ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Frequent evening, weekend, and holiday hours required during athletic events and partner activations. Salary Grade Number:The salary grade for the position is 10.Salary Range:The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
