About the role
In this role, you will provide specialist advice, perform maintenance tasks and investigate issues with corporate systems Pathway, Rex and Content Manager as well as a range of business line applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving incident and requests related to applications managed by the Corporate Applications team.
- Coordinate the system administration tasks for nominated applications solutions, which includes existing software modules and future software implementation.
- Provide the expertise in the planning, implementation and testing of applications software enhancements (software fixes).
- Contribute positively within the department to maintain constant liaison and communication relating to corporate software applications and technical information.
- Provide input into the development of IS procedures and policies relating to the applications software solutions.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be technical minded with the ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Essential Experience:
- Extensive working knowledge of using or supporting multiple modules of Pathway or Content Manager.
- Experience in supporting enterprise-wide applications.
- Experience or understanding of SQL and databases
- Well-developed understanding of the functions, processes and procedures for the administration of large corporate applications.
- Tertiary qualification in computing or relevant discipline with several years’ experience in an application administration environment or similar OR extensive experience working in an IT environment
