JOB SCOPE
- Perform daily GST Reconciliation and end month POS Clearing
- Audit Front Office Postings and Package Breakage
- Review all rebates and paid outs to ensure they are properly authorized and to report all deviations from prevailing policies and procedures
- Back up support for preparing journals and posting of Gana39 to Infinium
- Ensure that proper control is exercised in use of foreign exchange vouchers and official receipts
- Perform any other duties as necessary when directed by Senior Revenue Audit Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting Professional Certificate e.g. LCCI, Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role in another hotel or equivalent
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective team player, self-motivated and have a sense of urgency
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
