JOB SCOPE

 

  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
  • Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Perform analysis of departmental Profit & Loss statement
  • Follow up with departments on expenses accrual and reversal, and any other outstanding issues
  • Processing of invoices under gift certificate and loyalty program
  • Perform checks and prepare journal entries for Reimbursement Vouchers
  • Perform any other duties/projects as assigned

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills
