Provide setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner operations

The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager is responsible for the operations of a restaurant in the Casino together with the General Manager. He/she is to ensure that all the food and drinks in the restaurant are of the highest quality. Duties of the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager include maintaining menus, handling customer complaints, creating standard operating procedures, and complying with food and safety regulations. To perform, skills such as customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are critical.

Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies. Observe department’s standard operating procedures.

Have a high level of knowledge of wines, knowledge in pairing of wines to food and to be able to upsell to guests. Setting up, maintaining, and establishing physical placement of wine in cellars and cabinets in an organized and structured manner that is in coordination with the wine list

Provide beverage service to guests according to bar specifications and exceed their expectations.

Follow orders and advices instructed by Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to perform job task following directions.

As a Chef de Partie, you will contribute to effective kitchen operations and exhibit consistent willingness to assist other team members with job duties in addition to assigned tasks.

Support the Executive Chef and the team in ensuring the efficient preparation of the event

Follow orders and advice instructed by Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to perform job task following directions.

Lead all facets of photography & video creative delivery

Manages upkeep of upholstered table surrounds and layouts within all areas of MBS complex. Provides high quality upholstery and repair services within efficient time schedules.

The preparation and cooking of food to the restaurant specific standards

Assist with maintenance and ensuring functionality of equipment. Facilitates day to day activities, assist with installation and execution of table projects when required.

Direct the casino mass gaming beverage operation according to established standards, provide excellent guest service maximize satisfaction.

Provide food & beverage service to guests according to bar specifications and exceed their expectations Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar areas and equipment

Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests by escorting them to their respective seats and supervise junior staff in the success of the restaurant operations

Work with team members in service and food preparation to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency. Review operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, expresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
