The Coordinator plays a key role within the museum’s administrative office.  The post-holder will be part of the smooth running of the museum, coordinating aspects of the administrative duties associated with the museum, and working closely with the Senior Administrator and Museum Admin Group on a day-to-day basis.  The post-holder will work with many of the ArtScience Museum’s team, and as such, must be a good team-worker, able to communicate, and bond. He/She will provide support to the Senior Administrator, including working closely to support the smooth running of the museum. The post-holder will use many of Marina Bay Sands’ administrative systems and tools, with the support of the Senior Administrator, and therefore must be focused, detail-orientated, and organized.

To personally familiarize oneself and develop understanding of the fundamentals of casino operations systems. To prepare for and carry out all system and EGM configuration changes and to report the configuration changes to all required Casino Departments and regulatory agencies as required.

Ensure that uniforms are organized correctly and neatly at designated areas.

Develop and execute through-the-line advertising/marketing & communication campaigns that are in-line with brand strategy

The Assistant Producer of Business & Innovation will play a crucial role in driving growth, elevated offerings and enhancements to the Attractions of Marina Bay Sands (SkyPark Observation Deck, ArtScience Museum, Digital Light Canvas, Sampan Rides). The successful candidate will support the Producer of Business & Innovation in identifying new strategic initiatives while maximising existing revenue streams, along with managing programming and events at the Attractions. By operating at the intersection of commerce and creativity, the role will ensure that the Attractions at Marina Bay Sands thrive in the current market and evolve to meet future challenges. This successful candidate will have experience in project and event management in the hospitality, tourism, museum or exhibition fields.
