Provide excellent Visitor Experience and ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at MBS Attractions (Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas).

Support the housekeeping operation in developing robust training content/ materials, plans and conducting training across all areas of the operation.

The project manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects as assigned by management. He/she will work closely with stakeholders, team members, authorities and vendors to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget constraints.

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring VIPs / Casino guests receive a seamless experience when utilizing our limousine services. You are required to monitor limousine bookings in the Limousine System, and facilitate the movement of guests and vehicles that arrive and depart from Marina Bay Sands. You will be expected to communicate effectively with our Limousine Command Centre, limousine drivers as well as team members from other departments to ensure smooth operations.
