JOB SCOPE

 

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is highly motivated, analytical and creative in supporting the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Department’s strategic objectives. This role will also make a vital contribution to our cross-channel activities across all key markets, supporting the planning and development of targeted campaigns and executing those activities on a day-to-day basis.

 

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will focus on supporting activities that align to the strategic objectives across our Digital Marketing activities. This person will liaise with the assigned business units of the Integrated Resort (Hotel, Shoppes, F&B, MICE, Entertainment, Museum etc.) and will be the link between the Digital Marketing Department and these business units.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

 

Campaign Support and Personalization

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to ensure brand’s overall objectives are achieved
  • Execute cross-channel campaigns based on the overall strategy to acquire new visitors, engage them with relevant content and convert them. Channels include paid search, programmatic display, paid social, email and strategic 3rd party partners
  • Coordinate campaign launch to ensure all timelines are met by working with all relevant parties internally and externally (agencies, stakeholders, creative team, content team etc.)
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing user journey framework to create the appropriate cross-channel digital strategies throughout the digital ecosystem (paid & owned channels) with relevant content and audience segments based on user interest and engagement to better communicate to our target audience and drive conversions
  • Identify and create audience segments within customer data platform based on campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure digital and offline touchpoints adhere to best practices, aligned to brand guidelines while maintaining good experience across the consumer journey
  • Support test & learn initiatives on audience segments to deliver personalized experiences
  • Conduct research on audiences, best practices, competitors, latest marketing technologies etc. to inform campaign direction to drive engagement and conversions
  • Work with external agencies to execute, manage, optimize, report and analyze campaigns to ensure seamless execution leading to optimized performance to meet campaign and business targets

Performance Marketing

  • Support initiatives on traffic acquisition to company website and other relevant MBS properties to drive conversions and other campaign related targets across all business units in all key markets while keeping an eye on cost efficiencies
  • Optimize conversion rates and KPIs through data driven performance marketing
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities
  • Identify test & learn initiatives for content, channels and media strategies / approaches to further improve messaging and delivery
  • Ongoing review of customer journey (paid & owned) to ensure seamless end-to-end consumer journey to drive quicker decision making and conversions

 

Analytics

  • Create marketing presentations, regular reports to update relevant teams on the campaign / business performance
  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to identify insights that can improve future campaign performance
  • Identify various data sources and extract these information for analysis to put together consolidated findings for further optimizations
  • Ensure best practices in tagging and ad verification to effectively track campaign performance
  • Assist in website and media tagging as it relates to campaign setup and tracking maintenance

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a digital marketing role supporting search, programmatic display, social, email etc.
  • Solid understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, or similar) with understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
  • Well organized and pro-active with excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English
