About The Opportunity
The Technology Implementation Manager is responsible for coordination and implementation of global FCM products & technologies in the APAC region, mainly OBT Implementation e.g. Concur, Cytric, and Serko. These include all products & services as developed as part of the overall FCM global technology strategy & roadmap plan, along with eventual support of those technologies as required.
This role involves close coordination with the FCM global technology team and regional FCM equity and partner leadership on identifying solutions that need to be implemented, developing project plans & timelines for implementation, prioritizing those activities, and then working to meet those timelines to meet client deliverables and expectations.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Perform technical configurations for FCM core technology and online booking tools, such as Cytric and Concur, among others.
- Set up technical configurations for internal teams to support FCM's internal customer-facing technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of technology solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation phase, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and specifications.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Document technical configurations and processes to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
- Train and support internal and external stakeholders on the effective use of implemented technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the implementation process.
We’d love to hear from you if you have...
- Min. 1 year of experience in implementing Concur or Cytric – technical and client interaction skills
- Min. 1 year of experience in an online customer support role
- Possess basic understanding of Web Services and XML
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have self-initiative to drive and lead projects. Having formal project management experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in conducting/facilitating user training sessions
- Experience in working with robotics and automation of processes
- Possess great empathy for customer needs and patience when facing challenges
- Experience working with GDS will be an advantage
- Experience working in the travel industry will be an advantage
