About the role

The Role of the EMEA Change Manager is to support the transformation of systems, processes, people and organisational culture within the FCTG Corporate business in EMEA. This position is instrumental in helping guide change initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of new procedures, systems, and technologies.

This role will work closely with the deployment, technology and business enablement pillars to ensure that our people across the operational function and wider business are ready for change and have effective communication on what is coming and their roles within it.

The role will support the Change Manager Lead to assess impacts, risks and business readiness to make recommendations to key stakeholders. This role will also develop and maintain effective working relationships across the region to support program objectives.

This role will assist in the delivery of change management activities, including developing communications (written and digital) and training content (artifacts and media), aligned with the global change framework.
