Calling All Experienced Travel Consultants!

As the newest member of our team you will be fulfilling duty travel requirements for our FCTG staff. You will use your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to make professional and accurate business travel arrangements including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years corporate or leisure travel consulting experience along with buckets of ambition and an insatiable appetite for sales and delivery of impeccable service. 

 

Additionally, you will:

• Have strong time management skills and professionalism
• Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, ticket exchanges/changes
• Maintain excellent working relationships with FCTG employees as our client
• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions 
• Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements
• To be a 'people person' with networking and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
• High attention to detail
