About the role

The role of the Business Systems Analyst is primarily to manage requests for business improvements throughout the design, build and test process. They are also responsible for supporting the products, systems and processes that make up the Business Systems suite of solutions whether these be customer or consultant facing.

The purpose of the role is to fully understand the current capabilities of these online and offline solutions and have knowledge of product road maps and identify how these features can improve business efficiencies. This includes proactively identifying potential for productivity enhancements with the key goals of customer satisfaction, adoption and benefits realization.

Responsibilities will also include producing and maintaining supporting documentation for new features / enhancements. Working closely with other Business System Analysts and System Owners within the Business Systems department as well as other areas of Business Solutions.

What we require

• Thorough understanding of Amadeus and sound knowledge of Booking and payment processes - essential
• 12 month’s experience in FCTG - essential
• Online booking tools experience - desirable
• Product management experience - desirable
