About the opportunity

This role analyses and reports on the adoption and discipline of leisure workflows, processes, and operational standards across the UK leisure business. Reporting into the Leisure Adoption Leader and working closely with the Leisure Business Solutions Team this person will help to ensure our operational standards are met and processes strictly adhered to across the UK business to maximise consultant productivity, improve the customer experience and minimise risk. This role analyses both SME and leisure processes to ensure we are taking a holistic view across all systems. They will regularly report back to the Leisure Adoption Leader and Systems Trainer to highlight areas where processes are not being adopted or understood to assist those individuals in best supporting consultants moving forwards.

This role has a heavy emphasis on quote and booking audits to flag up areas for improvement and concern, therefore following and maintaining a clear tracking and visibility framework for all stakeholders and a documented feedback framework for consultants is crucial for success in the role. What we require

  • Good understanding of leisure systems and workflows - essential
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel - essential
  • 2 years minimum working within leisure business - essential
