Global Supply is your place to make a globally significant impact and as our newest Distribution Content Team Leader. 

Oversees, supervises, and orchestrates the daily workflow, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. Strategically prioritizes contracts, updates, specials, and projects for optimal efficiency and productivity throughout the week. Maintains close collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly within Distribution Teams, fostering synergy and cohesion across departments.
 
Leverages established protocols and independent discernment to swiftly address escalated or complex issues, prioritizing expedient resolution to minimize disruption. Ensures meticulous and timely entry of content, optimizing Total Transaction Value (TTV), mitigating risks, and streamlining sales processes for our valued partners.
 
Provides dynamic leadership, charting a visionary course and setting ambitious goals for the team. Nurtures and empowers team members to excel, fostering a culture of high performance and productivity. Propels transformative change initiatives and champions adherence to operational best practices (OBW) to drive continuous improvement and elevate organizational effectiveness.
In summary, this role serves as a linchpin in the company's operations, guiding and inspiring the team to achieve excellence and deliver exceptional results.
