About The Opportunity
As an Account Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Management team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks and providing essential analysis. This position focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of account management processes, allowing account managers to concentrate on building relationships with customers and driving value. You will engage with smaller, less strategic customers, helping to enhance their experience and support their needs.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Enhance Team Efficiency: Serve as a vital component of the account management function, facilitating smoother operations and supporting Account Managers with tasks that require a personal touch rather than automation.
- Administrative Support: Oversee routine administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports to optimize the account management workflow.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for smaller customers, addressing inquiries promptly and delivering exceptional support to foster a positive customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate in analyzing customer data to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and pinpoint areas for potential growth.
- Collaboration with Account Managers: Work closely with account managers to understand their specific needs, providing tailored support that allows them to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency within account management processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
Job Requirements & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in customer support or account management is a plus.
