Infinity Holidays, FCTG's leisure wholesale brand in Australia and New Zealand, is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join this exciting team. From simple booking experiences to unmatched travel product and support, the Infinity Holidays team has their sights firmly set on unleashing the full potential of the global travel trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fulfilment of marketing campaigns and the successful delivery of key events across the Infinity Holidays AU/NZ business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer who wants to grow their career and have real ownership over the marketing operations of a brand that is an integral part of our ANZ business. As Infinity Holidays continues to grow with partnerships of the like of Envoyage and other agency groups, this role will be focused on marketing campaigns and events to showcase product range and destinations, working with key suppliers and venues to deliver a consistent client experience.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, produce, and execute communications and marketing plan activities such as proposals to partner with key trade suppliers, preparation of campaign materials, communication with press partners and agency
    management
  • Manage the brand marketing calendar including brand pillar campaigns, product campaigns, and co-operative trade partnership campaigns
  • Create engaging new brand collateral across campaigns and brochures
  • Oversee and coordinate events, plan the events calendar to ensure the program is executed on time, and participate in budget management and development
  • Engagement in incentives and educationals – coordinating, communications and regular updates with leaderboards, etc.
  • Agency management across creative, website and social media agencies to ensure projects are delivered to brief and budget
  • Client Communication / Connection to brand - Communications internal and external support of key messages and public relations content, as required
  • Set, monitor and report on campaign, channel and agency performance goals
  • Ensure brand and retail messages are strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Design and implement of email marketing campaigns using MailChimp
  • Grow customer databases with quality members using the CRM and set KPIs to measure success
  • Improve and monitor of the website (built on WordPress)
  • Assist BDM team with customer acquisition strategies and execution
  • Social media management and moderation including responding to, and escalating, customer feedback, questions and complaints in a timely manner

 

 

Who you Are:

  • Tertiary education in Marking or Public Relations or similar 
  • Autonomy and the ability to execute a strategy from ideation to implementation
  • Strong organisational skills – specifically time management and prioritisation – must be able to manage a number of concurrent projects and potentially manage an agency or freelancers, ensuring everything runs
    on time and to budget
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, including copywriting
  • Experience with the following systems is desirable: InDesign, WordPress, Salesforce CRM and MailChimp
  • Social media management - planning, posting, community management and reporting
  • Stakeholder management - ability to create and maintain strong relationships within FCTG. and the wider industry across Australia and New Zealand
  • Creative conceptualisation and strong at briefing agencies.
  • Some experience with media buying is a plus
  • Some experience planning and managing small events is preferred
