About you

The Assistant Manager leads by example in delivering an excellent customer experience and strong sales performance.

They form a strong leadership team with the Team Manager and support all members of the team and must be able to effectively run all aspects of the business in the absence of the Manager.

• Proven track record in driving results from team
• Proven track record in individual sales
• Experience of working in more than one team
