About the role
The Technical Payment team ensure the correct set up of lodge card handoff for new customers in Dynamics. You will work hand in hand with the onboarding team to retrieve all the relevant information from customers and partners.
You will also be responsible of following the customer go live to ensure that the feed is flowing correctly from FCTG to the correct provider.
You will also be tasked with auditing and correcting feeds after the customers go live. This requires a good understanding of our technical architecture (GDS, MBO…) as well as excel knowledge.
You will be working in the Salesforce environment to receive onboarding and auditing requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience at Flight Centre or 2 years Business Travel experience - essential
- A comprehensive knowledge FCM and CT systems and products - preferred
- Knowledge of Payment & Back Office processes - essential
