We are in search of a Regional Leader for Travel Money Oz NSW and ACT. As a Regional Leader, you will be the key business person responsible for the success of your region, including growing in numbers across stores, staff, customers, sales, and profits. You will provide local support and accountability to up to 24 stores across the region. 

  

What you'll be doing…

You will be responsible for:

• Profitable growth
• Staff development, succession and leadership
• Product sales performance
• Compliance and store operating procedures
• Creating an environment for success
• Ensuring all staff receive appropriate training and development
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external partners
• Local Store Marketing strategies
• Understanding, monitoring, tracking and driving incentives

 

About you... 

• Proven success as a Brand Leader
• A strong understanding of Travel Money Oz products, processes and marketing
• Ability to liaise with all stakeholders of the business
• Strong negotiation skills
• You're ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser   
• You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
