Who are we looking for?

An experienced Cruise/ Travel /Air/Aftersales consultant to work within the My Cruises Trade Team.

What you'll be doing...

Our Trade Sales Consultants are responsible but not limited to…

• Making sales via consulting with agent  (Flight Centre, Travel Associates, etc.) -not general public, to work through possible upgrades and extensions
• Assist AGENT with questions on cruise check in systems and documentations
• Booking amendments
• Cancellations and re-bookings
• ZEN ZEN ZEN - doing overflow
• Payments/invoicing
• Previous experience as a Travel /Customer Service Consultant
• knowledge of airlines and airfares and stopover options
• A passion for all things travel and cruise
• Exceptional customer engagement skills

Who you are...

• A MUST: Travel industry experience with a passion for sales 
• Exceptional multitasking ability to meet deadlines and exceed agent expectations
• Excels at building meaningful relationships while prioritising teamwork and collaboration
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

The Trade Aftersales consultant is the ideal position for anybody who loves a mixture of  travel, ZEN,  administrative duties and NOT dealing with the general public 😊
