Ignite your career!  🌟 As a Future Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team leaders and ensuring a smooth operation in the Sales department.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills whilst contributing to the success of our team.  This role reports to the Team Leader and will have regular interactions with the Head of Sales & Customer Service, as well as the Support and Product teams.

 

 

What you'll be doing?

  • Consulting - Delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst successfully meeting sales targets
  • Supporting team leaders to motivate and help the sales team - As the Future Team Leader, you will work closely with team leaders to provide support in motivating and guiding the sales team. This includes monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Management duties - As a Future Team Leader, you will handle various management tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team. This may include maintaining reports, coordinating meetings and training, handling correspondence, inbox monitoring
  • File checking – you will be responsible for maintaining and actioning the file check reports daily, and monitoring that consultants are completing the work correctly in a timely manner
  • Quality Checks - You will assist in monitoring and evaluating the quality of calls and enquiry handled by team members, ensuring adherence to predefined guidelines and standards. This includes assessing factors such as customer service, communication skills, problem-solving, and adherence to company policies and procedures You will provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and offering coaching to enhance their call handling abilities
  • Assisting with training of consultants - You will provide guidance, support to consultants, and ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, training and skills
