Purpose
 
As the Head of Reporting, the role will lead the data analytics (BI) team to drive a data-first culture, providing in-depth and actionable insights to optimise brand strategies and drive value. The role will also coordinate opportunities to leverage the global structure to standardise reporting and analyse common strategies and opportunities with the brands we support. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Primary Accountabilities:
 
 

  • Lead and manage the prioritisation of tasks and projects within the BI team, coordinating support across various disciplines such as Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

  • Collaborate closely with Leisure and Corporate reporting teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in information sharing and analysis.

  • Business partner with Corporate and Leisure Supply Leaders within the Supply Executive team to drive optimal outcomes and returns for Supply business related to Leisure and Corporate Brands.

  • Facilitate communication and strategic planning among cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance and goal achievement.

 

 

 

 

 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Technical experience in BI reporting and Database infrastructure
  • Background in Finance or analytics
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field and or CA/CPA qualified
  • Demonstrated track record with objective measures in using data
    capabilities to deliver value and insights
