Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis: Assessing the learning needs and gaps within the organisation through various methods such as surveys, interviews and assessments.
- Curriculum Design: Developing training materials, including presentations, learner guides, assessments and interactive activities, tailored to meet the identified learning objectives and aligned to the relevant brand or team.
- Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilising a variety of instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning.
- Facilitation: Creating a supportive and interactive learning environment, encouraging participation, and addressing questions or concerns raised by participants.
- Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, quizzes, and performance evaluations to measure learning outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Professional Development: Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance their own skills and knowledge in learning and development.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other teams and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organisational goals and objectives.
- Team/Store Visits: Conducting store or team visits (when necessary) to engage with relevant stakeholders, identify learning gaps in the business, support and coach individuals and escalate any concerns to respective support businesses.
- Change Agent: Ensuring that stakeholders are supported through change through communication, coaching, facilitation and leading by example.

- Unblemished record of delivering customer excellence.
- Technical and systems thinker.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently build multi-level relationships
- An outstanding track record of integrity and personal branding in FCTG.
- A highly self-motivated and resilient team player, with the capability to plan, estimate and manage your own learning and projects, as well as contribute to team goals.
- Outstanding track record in high achievement of business results, delivery and KPI results in front-end operations.
- Understanding of and experience in delivering virtual and online learning, blended learning, bite- sized learning and supporting toolkits.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong track record in analysing problems, strategising and deploying improved/timely solutions.
Education & Qualifications
- Proven track record and experience within Flight Centre Brand.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the business with experience in relevant FCTG learning systems.
- Fully competent in Amadeus.
- Leadership experience within FCTG (desirable).
- Knowledge of Learning Design Tools (LDS) i.e. Canva, Articulate, etc.
- Experience in facilitation.
- Solid understanding of FCTG relevant brand systems.
- Sales experience.
