About The Opportunity

As the Senior Vice President of Operations you will oversee operational activities in the organization across the Canada.  The VP of Operations will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring efficient cost-effective growth for the future needs of the business.   

Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities

Accountabilities

Oversee the workflow of the division

  • Identify areas where automation can be implemented

Coordinate projects which impact operations

  • Identifies projects and ensures they are delivered to the business

Leadership and talent management

  • Lead all operationally leadership and identify talent to develop into senior leaders

Ensure a high customer retention

  • Create operational delivery strategy resulting in high NPS score

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and drive a culture of performance and customer experience in operations
    Focus solely on providing the best customer experience by training and upholding Corporate Traveller customer value proposition
  • Identify training and development areas that need improvement and work with People and Culture to deliver content which will drive a better customer experience
  • Develop leadership to build a culture of continuous learning with a focus on best practices
    Identify and foster development of future business leaders
  • Work with marketing on brand messaging to ensure it represents Corporate Traveller’s offer in market
  • Identify critical market segments through research and competitor analyses and employ sales strategies for improvement and targeting
  • Demonstrates ownership of the business, making clear and effective decisions to help drive the business forward
  • Embrace all philosophies, values, and change
  • Takes ownership of successes and failures
  • Adhere to FCTG policies, procedures, and minimum standards

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of senior leadership experience within FCTG
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering strong individual and collective results
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth
  • Extensive experience managing change and leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
  • Skilled in identifying and developing high-potential talent, with a focus on building future leadership capability
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-informed approach to decision-making
  • Experience leveraging technology and automation to streamline operations and improve scalability
  • Post-secondary education required; advanced degree or equivalent senior-level experience preferred
