As the Team Leader for our Accreditation Team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across our Leisure brands, with a primary focus on the Flight Centre Brand. In this position, you will orchestrate the seamless delivery of our accreditation program, guiding a skilled training team and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our newcomers.
Day to day you’ll be…

Leading the coordination of training rosters for our talented accreditation trainers.

Engaging with business leaders to provide insights on trainee success and growth.

Driving innovation by refining our FCAT programs for greater impact.

Ensuring a seamless training experience by overseeing the environment and managing IT/system enhancements.

Contributing to strategic leadership discussions and decision-making.

Assessing and elevating the skills and expectations of both new starters and accredited programs.

Gathering and leveraging new starter feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

Inspiring and supporting FCB leaders, focusing on driving impressive retention rates.

Utilising the gathered date from Vitals & Pulse checks to empower leaders with actionable insights.

Manage performance of new starters throughout completion of their qualification.
- Working with State training departments and RTO's to ensure compliance.
