
Our Corporate Marketing team are looking for a Project & Change Manager who will hold a crucial dual responsibility in facilitating strategic transformation across our global B2B travel brands. In this role, you will have comprehensive management of high-impact projects from initiation through completion while concurrently guiding the people, processes, and stakeholder interactions essential for successful change adoption throughout the organisation.
Operating within our Global Marketing Operations and Digital sectors, this position merges structured project delivery with human-centric change leadership to ensure that business outcomes are achieved sustainably. A strong blend of program coordination, strategic foresight, and communication skills is essential—emphasising adaptability, stakeholder trust, and commercial awareness in a complex, multi-brand B2B environment.
Our Ideal Candidate:

7+ years in project, change, or transformation management, preferably in global B2B settings

Skilled at handling multiple projects across various stakeholders, time zones, and workstreams

Familiar with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) applied across business units

Familiar with project management methodologies and delivery styles

Experience in marketing, digital, sales enablement, or customer-facing transformation within B2B

Proficient in project planning tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and change enablement resources

Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels

Adaptable to ambiguity, prioritising with limited information, and adjusting pace in fast-paced environments

Experience in travel, technology, or professional services sectors
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business, Project Management, or related field
- MBA or Post Graduate Certificates in relevant areas
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
- Change management certification or training (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
Your Day to Day:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead complete planning and delivery of strategic projects
- Manage project plans, budgets, and risks
- Coordinate globally for clear accountability
- Identify risks and implement mitigations
- Prioritise to achieve timely, budgeted outcomes
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan change management: stakeholder analysis and readiness checks
- Develop change plans with communication, training, and engagement
- Serve as communication bridge for clear messaging
- Build readiness and trust among stakeholders
- Ensure lasting change post-delivery
Communication & Governance
- Facilitate steering meetings and updates for global stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Create clear project materials like timelines and presentations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, sales, finance, and product leaders on initiatives
- Align with global strategy while supporting regional needs
- Foster relationships for integrated execution
