As the Martech Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of our Global Leisure Martech initiatives. Your role will involve leading a team of talented developers to create innovative marketing solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and other MarTech tools. 

Who you are:

• 3 years of experience managing a team
• Experience as a technical business analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant MarTech tools
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with data integration and API concepts (Preferred) 
• Experience working in a marketing department (Preferred) 

What you'll be doing: 

• Lead across all MarTech developers and foster a collaborative and high performing culture
• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to the team
• Helping to define and refine solution requirements ready for prioritisation and development
• Lead testing with documentation and execution 
• Run regular showcases
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of MarTech projects, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget
• Plan, prioritise, and track project timelines and milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Key role in agile software development, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activities
• Manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MarTech industry
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
• Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Conduct regular code reviews and testing to identify and fix defects
• Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly
• Prioritise defects and code reviews by peers
