What makes a great Travel Money Cluster Leader?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has consistently achieved monthly COS targets or maintained a healthy ACV average
- Holds a Y2M average of 60%
- Maintains a store GMB average of 35 per month
- Demonstrates strong leadership through mentoring, coaching, and developing others
- Understands and executes ROI opportunities through LSM (Local Store Marketing) initiatives
- Can confidently balance multiple priorities across several stores
- Thrives on delivering legendary customer service with accuracy and care
- Is ambitious, highly motivated, and ready for a bigger challenge
- Has exceptional organisational skills, detail focus, and problem-solving ability
