About the Opportunity

Corporate Customer Care is one of Flight Centre Travel Group’s most integral support businesses assisting our Corporate clients across the world. We are based in Flight Centre's global head office in South Bank and seeking experienced consultants and industry experts to join our dynamic and vibrant team.

 To be successful you will have:

    • Minimum 1 year of retail and/or corporate travel agency experience is essential
    • GDS experience in Sabre (essential) and Galileo 
    • Ability to interpret fare rules, change fees, additional collections 
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness and work autonomously
    • Flexibility to work a rotating roster based on a 24/7 business
    • Experience in Lumina/Portal and self-ticketing is highly desirable
    • Remote/work from home/flexible working arrangements Australia-wide available

Remuneration:

Package: $77,000 including super

0.6 FTE: approx 48hrs/fortnight, minimum of 2 full weekends per month required with an additional full weekend worked per quarter. 

0.8 FTE: approx 64hrs/fortnight, 3 full weekends per month required with an additional weekend day per quarter. 

Additional allowances: Overtime on offer monthly. 

Business opening hours: Open 24hrs year round

Examples of potential shift times: 0700-14.30, 1200-1830, 1530-2330, 1830-0300, 01:00-0930, 0300-1130
