Be part of our Global Supply business, which is a cross functional global team responsible for the procurement, technology, reporting, financial management, pricing and support of FCTG's global supply chain. Our Global Supply team empowers our famous worldwide brands to deliver on their customer promise.  As the Senior Business Analyst you'll mentor junior and mid-level business analysts while demonstrating a senior level of business analyst skills.

Atlas D365 - We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the ongoing business improvement and capacity enhancement for our Atlas finance systems.  You'll be familiar with accounting, financial systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Day to day:

  • Mentor and develop junior and mid Business Analysts across brands 
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding
  • Work in conjunction with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Architects, develop strategies to determine the priority of strategic initiatives, highlighting risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  •  Manage project progress, track key milestones, and identify and document potential risks or issues affecting project timelines where appropriate
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and product plans across a multi-product suite and across multiple products
  • Plan and conduct workshops to discuss, elicit, define, and document requirements with varying levels of stakeholders
  • Review existing business requirement documents to ensure requirements are adequately defined and are aligned to projects
  • Identify and document potential risks related to requirements and assist cross functional teams in developing mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and innovation, providing recommendations and roadmaps for senior stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimise project delivery and increase efficiency within the Project Management Office, Project Management & Engineering, and where applicable
  • Contribute to the definition of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvement
  • Lead the liaison between project teams and business stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution of issues through development of comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 5+ years in a business analyst role
  • D365 or other accounting software experience
  • Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Business
  • Travel industry experience
