Commercial Analyst – Global Payment Solutions
A rare opportunity to join Flight Centre Travel Groups Supply Finance team in the new role of Commercial Analyst - Payments and Ancillary Partnerships.
In this role you will partner with Supplier Relationship Managers to ensure we are maximising the return on a portfolio of suppliers covering payment providers, insurance and other related products.
This role would suit an accountant or analyst looking to gain experience in a highly commercially focussed role. You will learn about commercial contracts, financial modelling and be immersed in the world of travel related product suppliers.
The role is globally focussed, reports directly to the Finance Business Partner Non-Air Product and will work closely with two Supplier Relationship Managers (Insurance and Payment Solutions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating commercial contract proposals from suppliers
- Valuing opportunities to optimise returns from payment processes
- Tracking contract and margin performance and ensuring these are accurately accounted for
- Understanding and communicating risks and opportunities
- Tracking supplier payments and managing debt
- Forecasting and budgeting
Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to build relationships internally and with suppliers

Ability to summarise and communicate financial results

Use financial data to inform business decisions

Comfortable working with large data sets

3 plus years experience in a finance, accounting or commercial role

CA or CPA preferred
