About You

The client-side Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Fitout and Facilities Team Leader to provide a comprehensive facilities management service across Flight Centre’s portfolio of offices and retail stores.

Based in Head Office and working within a small team the individual will be required to be strong across many disciplines within facilities management including hard/soft services and workplace H&S.

There will be particular focus on the operational management of the company Head Office, as well as liaising with contractors, suppliers and colleagues in local shops/offices across the UK.

Qualifications

  • 3 Years Facilities Management experience
  • Proven performance across most aspects of facilities management including hard and soft services, workplace health and safety
  • Understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Contractor and supplier management experience
  • Experience of managing data and documents within a property environment
  • Qualification in FM or related filed
  • Microsoft Office competence including Excel
