As the Business Analyst in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our Global Technology team, you will be experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements, to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products.

You will also be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process, design and architecture, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. If you are knowledgeable in business
process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, system & data migrations, and have experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities, we welcome you to apply!

Day in the life:

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

5+ years professional experience in a business analyst role
Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture
Experience in system and data migrations will be beneficial
Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
Strong facilitation skills
Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

Office hours: Standard Monday - Friday, however may require outside of hours due to Global nature
