Be the first point of call providing email and phone support across the Envoyage network, delivering a highly personalised service to existing and new members of our independently owned travel broker network and agency members. 

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Action and complete all cases in Salesforce, respond to emails and answer phone calls in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide day-to-day support, ensuring delegated tasks are completed
  • Assist with the introduction of new suppliers and their systems
  • Establish and build relationships with Envoyage and Flight Centre teams to ensure seamless delivery of all support matters
  • Assist with documenting procedures and training material for new members & staff

About you. mo koe

  • You'll have a background in travel and experience with one or more GDS systems 
  • You'll be highly organised and detail oriented with strong time management skills 
  • You'll have demonstrated problem solving skills and enjoy identifying and fixing issues
