This role is a highly team-based role, working closely and flexibly with other team members and team leads to ensure that BSP Team delivers on all its responsibilities across: Financial Control, Customer Focus and Process Efficiency.

The role will require individuals to operate as subject matter experts across the tower’s functions and processes, with a brief understanding of end-to-end process flows. A key aspect of the role will be reconciling supplier statements (hot files).

The role will have the following focus:

  • Download weekly supplier statements (hot Files) across all European Markets
  • Upload weekly supplier statements (hot files) into the respective legal entity across Europe
  • Perform the matching routine using the reconciliation model
  • Download all exceptions into a working file that can be used by the Admin Function
  • Assisting with write offs.

Criteria of Successful Candidate:
