As the Global Head of Creative Services, you will be responsible for executing the overall creative vision and strategy for our corporate brands across all platforms. In this role, you will lead a global team of creative and content specialists to support our corporate brand ambitions to drive awareness, acquisition and retention globally. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of process and ways of working to bring multiple stakeholder groups together, delivering a brilliant outcome for the businesses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of excellence amongst our content and creative specialists
- Implement best practice structures, processes and ways of working to deliver on the content and creative ambitions of our corporate brands
- Lead a global team of content and creative professionals, to execute the creative strategy and deliver high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, digital marketing and product marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and creative direction
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices across the content and creative disciplines to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation – in particular in the area of technology (such as artificial intelligence) that will drive both enhanced output and increased efficiency/capacity
- Monitor and analyse the performance of our creative campaigns and initiatives to optimise engagement and ROI
- Manage internal and external resourcing (and associated budget) to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Creative and/or Content teams
- Experience leading a remote team
- Experience within both agency and client side
