Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels like paid search, display, and social media
- Proven track record in developing data-driven strategies, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results (ROI & KPIs)
- Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, META Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising tools
- Skilled in lead generation strategies and executing full-cycle campaigns to attract and engage potential customers
- Proficient in analysing paid advertising reports and using data insights for decision-making and campaign optimisation
What you'll be doing:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Create and implement paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages, and apply optimisation strategies to improve results and meet KPIs
- Write consistently high-performing ad copy and optimise assets to meet local benchmark KPIs
- Conduct keyword research and define target audience segments to enhance ad targeting and engagement
- Conduct competitor analysis to protect share metrics and identify opportunities to conquest where possible
Budget Management:
- Assist with budget allocation, track daily pacing, and report findings to the Paid Media Manager for efficient resource use
- Review cost metric and strategically reallocate budget to maximise performance
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with the Paid Media Manager, brand teams, and content creators to align campaigns with marketing strategies, while communicating performance insights to stakeholders
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to keep campaigns competitive
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and using analytics tools to guide future strategies
