As a member of the Product-to-Market Team, you will deliver compelling, conversion-focused campaigns and tactical activity by aligning product selection and pricing with market needs and global strategy. Leveraging your expertise in product design, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help ensure our travel offerings are competitive, customer-focused, and positioned to drive sales and business growth.

The Role:

Campaign & Product Design:

  • Manage the development and execution of strategic product-to-market campaigns across multiple categories and regions.
  • Take ownership and lead campaigns for selected regional initiatives, overseeing cross-functional activities and supporting peers in executing tactical plans through effective coordination of briefs, timelines, product distribution, retrospective meetings, and performance reporting
  • Ensure the campaign & tactical calendar and workflow planner are kept up to date.
  • Research, design and create travel packages for various destination and product categories, including Holidays, Cruise, Tour & Air, that provide a compelling value proposition to the customer.
  • Ensure air, land and sea deals are priced competitively to create compelling bundled packages.
  • Regularly review, update, and extend packages using data insights to ensure relevance, competitiveness, and commercial performance.

 Content Management & Stock-take:

  • Manage all content in the CMS for all product types and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Share CMS content across other regions.
  • Ensure the local website has sufficient breadth and depth of product on shelves.
  • Understand local market needs and deliver products accordingly.

 Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with Supply and suppliers to secure compelling offers and enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with FCB leaders, Destination Strategy, Product Managers, Product & Supplier Leaders, and/or Global Marketing teams.
  • Work with Revenue Management to ensure margins and discounts align with commercial goals.

 Commercial Performance & Optimisation:

  • Understanding of supplier rate plans, pricing structures, super overrides, and net pricing to ensure commercially viable offers and accurate campaign execution.
  • Assess product margins to inform selection of high-margin offerings, ensuring optimal return on investment and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market expectations.
  • Regularly review sales data and product performance of offers to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Operational Support & The FC Way:

  • Triaging and responding in a timely manner to consultant & marketing queries/issues.
  • Maintain and adhere to the global One Best Way process for the team and all local markets.
  • The ability to work collaboratively whilst remote from your team and key stakeholders is imperative.

Role Requirements:

  • 2+ Years experience working in a similar role.
  • Expertise in designing and developing a diverse product range, ensuring offerings align with market demand and customer needs.
  • Proficient in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote destinations and all product types.
  • Proven experience in working and developing relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external). In addition, soliciting and negotiating competitive offers that meet the product strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of profit margins, risk assessments, cost structures, and optimisation strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, making strategic decisions that drive the local product strategy.
  • Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies that enhance profitability and competitive advantage.
  • Experience in analysing reports and market trends and using this to make data driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative products.
