The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining custom functionality across the Salesforce platform. The role designs and delivers high-quality, scalable, and reusable solutions that extend Salesforce’s native capabilities, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Day to day:
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and OmniScripts
- Implement complex integrations and data flows using APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with architects to define reusable frameworks and scalable solutions
- Write efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code aligned with best practices
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and peer reviews
- Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment improvements, and testing frameworks
- Support defect triage and resolution during testing and release phases
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 5–8 years Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); PDII or JavaScript Developer I preferred
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data synchronisation patterns
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments (3,000+ users, 300+ support staff)
- Proficient in Git, DevOps pipelines, and automated testing practices
- Collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a drive to continuously improve platform quality
