POSITION PURPOSE
The Business Analyst plays a key role in enhancing overall business efficiency by translating requirements into practical system solutions. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (FO), ensuring the systems fully support business needs and process improvements across departments. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the travel/tourism industry, particularly within Operations, Guide, and Fleet Management, and at least 5 years of experience implementing D365 CRM & FO. This position supports Discova’s ongoing digital-transformation initiatives by aligning technology capabilities with business objectives and driving process excellence across business functions.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective delivery.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system projects, particularly D365 CRM & FO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure needs are met.
- Analyze and document business workflows across departments such as Operations, Guide, and Fleet Management. Identify opportunities for improvement and system optimization.
- Training and support.
REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & FO implementation.
- Must have hands-on experience in the travel/tourism industry, especially in Operations, Guide Management, and Fleet Management.
- Strong ability to document requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system-migration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
