About The Opportunity 

As our Regional Head of Account Management – Asia, you’ll be the driving force behind FCM’s client success and growth across the region. You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of key clients and lead a diverse team of passionate Account Managers to deliver world-class travel programs that set new standards in service, strategy, and innovation that consistently adds value to clients’ travel programmes.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role — perfect for a strong people leader who thrives on collaboration, strategy, and driving meaningful results. You’ll balance local insight with regional influence, ensuring FCM continues to deliver innovative, value-driven travel solutions for our clients.

This is a role for a leader who intrinsically knows that data tells a story, relationships build business, and a great customer experience is at the center of our growth engine.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Key leader in region: Be a customer-centric AM role model and drive Account Management excellence in our region with coaching and mentoring of our AM leaders
  • Shape the strategy: Partner with global and regional business leaders to shape and deliver a best-in-class Account Management strategy across Asia.
  • Grow relationships: Manage your own portfolio of key clients to role model our FCM’s approach to account management — nurturing trust, delivering value, and driving retention and growth.
  • Spot opportunities: Confidence in a Challenger Mindset and turn insights into action by driving adoption of FCM’s tech, products, and services.
  • Think big, act smart: Balance customer value with commercial performance to optimise both FCM’s margin and client satisfaction.
  • Inspire and develop: Mentor and grow your team, building future leaders who deliver excellence every day.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with teams across markets to create one powerful, connected FCM experience.

  • Ability to lead with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability
  • You understand the Asia corporate travel ecosystem, industry and commercial drivers, and what keeps clients loyal to our brand and offering.
  • You’re a data-savvy relationship builder — from presenting & building connections with C-suite stakeholders to internal brainstorming sessions.
  • You bring a customer-first mindset and a passion for elevating the travel experience.
